In a Lunch & Learn session, I will have 3 hands-on exercises to: gauge where you stand, know your number, and check your financial health. 

I will then provide recommendations: immediate and ongoing tasks based on your financial situation. 

The session takes about one hour: 45 mins for the exercises & 15 mins for Q&A.
